Stroke Foundation Young Stroke Project survey is now open!

As part of the younger stroke community, we want to hear from you!

Tell us what information is important to you and the topics the project should cover first. Consider what was done well and where improvement is needed. As well as asking about the topics the project should cover, there are questions to help us paint a picture about who the information will be for.

Take part if you:

  • had your stroke between the ages of 18-65 years
  • are a family member, friend or carer of a younger stroke survivor
  • are a health professional, researcher or service provider

The goal of this survey is to identify high-level topics that will be discussed in more detail with the stroke community. It is not intended to identify all topics covered by the project.

The survey should take about 5 minutes to complete.

Some of the questions will get you thinking about your own experiences. If you feel any distress, talk with someone you trust—perhaps a family member, friend, or your doctor.

If you need support, information or advice StrokeLine’s health professionals are available 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, AEST. Call StrokeLine on 1800 787 653 or email strokeline@strokefoundation.org.au. Lifeline is available 24 hours a day on 13 11 44.

If you need assistance to complete this survey email youngstrokeproject@strokefoundation.org.au or call 03 9918 7267.

Survey closing date is 5pm Friday 24 July, 2020.

This survey is now closed. Register your interest in the project to receive updates on the results of the survey and get involved in future surveys and workshops.
