We want to hear from you! Tell us about your recovery journey after your stroke
What information did you receive after your stroke? If your family member, friend or person you care for had a stroke, what information did they receive?
What information was missing, what didn’t make sense? What helped? What information would you liked to have had access to?
Take part if you:
- had your stroke between the ages of 18-65 years
- are a family member, friend or carer of a younger stroke survivor
The goal of this survey is explore what information around recovery would help the stroke community. What information gaps were there for you and what information resources would you have benefited from.
The survey should take about 5-10 minutes to complete.
Some of the questions will get you thinking about your own experiences. If you feel any distress, talk with someone you trust—perhaps a family member, friend, or your doctor.
