Calling health professionals!

Complete the survey for your chance to win a $50 gift card and help better connect young stroke survivors with information

Are you a health professional working with young stroke survivors aged 18 to 65 years? Complete our quick survey about delivery of information for young stroke survivors and their support crew (family, friends and carers).

Last year the Young Stroke Project ran a series of Roundtable workshops on the topic of Recovery in your stroke journey. Many topics were covered, including gaps in information such as resources for stroke recovery, services, treatment and connecting with peers.

Something that kept coming up was:

  • People’s recovery was hindered by a lack of accessible, engaging information
  • How and when information is delivered is just as important as the type of information

What is the purpose of this survey?

The aim of this survey is to understand:

  • How can we better connect young stroke survivors and their support crew with young stroke resources, services and peer support?
  • How can we ensure young stroke survivors and their support crew can easily access what they need at all stages in their journey?

What we discover from this survey will help us to co-design solutions with the young stroke community.

Some of the questions will get you thinking about your own experiences. If you feel any distress, talk with someone you trust—perhaps a family member, friend, or your doctor.
